Because she is not telling the truth.The rose gal site system has been screwing up, they have been having issues with emails.I had sent in a bunch, and finally heard back, I ordered items on oct 4th, my items were shipped by the 16th.

I also got very good responses from them.Be patient, I was very upset when I did not receive any word back.By the time I did I had sent in so many emails, I had a full inbox of rosegal replys.

I was informed their system had been having some troubles.Also an item I ordered was sold out, so I had to look for something else I wanted, they switched everything for me.I am very excited to receive my outfit.
